Terms & Conditions

The aim of wwrgallery.co.uk is to provide customer satisfaction and this can be achieved with goodwill, honesty and patience from both parties. Please read the following terms and conditions. When you submit an order, it must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions. The procedures and general principles of wwrgallery.co.uk do not supersede UK statutory rights but simply provide the guidelines by which we operate. Goods from wwrgallery.co.uk are sold on the understanding that they are for private collectors only and NOT for further retail.

ORDERS 1. Any purchase from wwrgallery.co.uk will be governed by these terms. 2. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

DELIVERY 1. Delivery will be normally within 21 days. 2. Any claim based on defect in quality or condition of your purchase must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery. 3. Standard delivery to a UK address is by Royal Mail. If you would like your purchase sent by another method then e-mail info@wwrgallery.co.uk for a shipment cost. There are some countries that we do not ship to. 4. Prints will be rolled and tubed unless specifically requested not to. 5. Risk of damage to or loss of your purchase shall pass to you at the point at which delivery is made.   6. Purchases will automatically be sent to the billing address.

PAYMENT 1. Payment is due on order. Payment will normally be debited from your card when you place the order. 2. It should be noted that payment is debited in pounds sterling. You may use MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Delta, Switch. 3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us. 4. We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card that they are not authorised to use.  

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY 1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability for the content of any websites which link to this site. 2. If there is a defect in your purchase from wwrgallery.co.uk then we will replace the defective item free of charge or if you choose not to have a replacement you are entitled to a full refund of the price of the product (or a proportionate part of the price). Your statutory rights are unaffected.

RETURNING GOODS We hope that your purchase from wwrgallery.co.uk is satisfactory but if not here is our refund policy: 1. Damaged goods: Please contact info@wwrgallery.co.uk immediately upon noticing the fault. The goods can then be replaced or a full refund given.  2. Unwanted goods: Please contact info@wwrgallery.co.uk before returning any items.  3. General: When returning goods please enclose contact details (including daytime phone), credit card details and a note of why the goods are being returned.

EXPORT 1. If purchases are to be shipped or used overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that goods can be shipped to your country. 2. We do not offer a refund (excluding faulty items) to countries outside of the European Union. 3. Consignments despatched to addresses outside of the UK may only be sent to the registered billing address as held your credit card company. 4. You will be responsible for any local taxes or import duty to your country.  

PRIVACY POLICY 1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998). 2. We will only collect information given at the time of ordering or registering. We confirm that we will not pass on any of your information to any other company. 3. Mailing information will be used by us to keep you informed of wwrgallery.co.uk developments that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be contacted by us in the future then please email us. 3. Your online point of contact is info@wwrgallery.co.uk

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 1. We want you to use wwrgallery.co.uk again so please mail any comments to info@wwrgallery.co.uk

PRICES 1 Carriage and handling are added to the cost of the goods and covers carriage, administration and the packing costs of your purchase to the delivery address. 2 Duties and local taxes – you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that the destination country may levy at the point of entry of your purchase.  

GENERAL 1. Sale of goods from wwrgallery.co.uk shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
